Here is a great site I found. This site is made by kids for kids. It is pretty cool if you ask me. 6th grade, this would be great for you to check out. There are a lot of cool activities you can do to help you out with Ch. 2 in our science class. Have fun my little explorers.

Do math in your head! Math Trick!
ANY LARGE NUMBER TIMES 5- This works EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ex.
5 times 6554 =
divide 6554 in half
3277 since it is a whole number just add a zero 32,770=5 times 6554
Let’s say you do not have a whole number-
5 times 5443
divide 5443 in half
2721.5 get rid of the decimal 5 times 5443 = 27,215
This works every time! Math is magical!!!!!!!!!

Please remember I encourage parents to talk to me with any concerns or questions you may have. It is better to tackle any problems/concerns as soon as possible.
